These are the "core strengtheners" of this course! There are thirty grooves in total, and each video is designed as a play-along for easy practice. You'll notice they are divided into Group A and Group B, and there are grooves in 2-beat, 3-beat, and 4-beat cycles. You can go through them in any order you like, but I do recommend starting with the Group A patterns, as they are a bit simpler. Have fun!
